When I first started at Pentlands, I had a vision of what a modern accounting firm should offer. After experiencing a dated approach to customer service from an accountant when I owned my retail business, I was determined to do things differently. I believe that the right business advice can change a client’s fortunes, and I love seeing that process in action. We learn from our clients too, and always view the relationship as a partnership, which I think is vital to mutual success. I am keen to continually learn, whether through traditional accountancy training or something more alternative like leadership with horses. I am committed to keeping fit and healthy and believe this is very important personally and in business.
