Accountants and Advisors for growing businesses

Congratulations to Danielle Thompson – B-Corp

Imagine a world where the most successful entrepreneurs only create impact-led companies. Where the most admired businesses are the ones that protect and restore the environment, and the leaders we emulate are the ones that are vocal in supporting social issues.

Pentlands client Danielle Thompson, director of Unthread Advisory and her team/partners have designed workshops to equip you and the people in your organisation with the practical tools, advice and resources to run a profitable, positive impact business. Danielle is working with several of Pentlands clients on their B Corp certification journey.

Danielle said: “Over the past 12 months, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of small and growing businesses that are all looking for support in very similar areas:

1.    Overcoming the overwhelm with B Corp accreditation
2.    Improving performance by implementing strong operational foundations
3.    Measuring what matters and communicating that impact to internal and external audiences

This learning has helped to evolve what I can offer to best support companies, and this has been the trigger for a new company name, offer and brand.

Unthread, my new company, blends impact and operations. Helping businesses transform their ways of working so that they can deliver both profit and purpose. The overall aim is to build a better way of doing business for the next generation. Look at my new website to understand why I called the company Unthread (I’m secretly quite pleased with myself!)

This aim is being delivered through group and in-house training workshops for light-touch learning and advisory services for those that want more implementation support.

It is a complete joy doing the work I do, and I am excited about this next phase. If you want to join me in creating a new business as usual, then just drop me a line and I’d love to have a chat with you.  Danielle@unthread.co.uk
