On 2nd February, Elinor marked 20 years of owning and leading Pentlands Accountants and Advisors —a milestone that has given Elinor a moment to reflect on this incredible journey.
Elinor said: When I completed a management buyout in 2005, my goal was simple: to build a practice that truly supports business growth, providing expert advice with a personal approach. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with so many fantastic clients, helping them navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and achieve their goals. Seeing their success has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.
None of this would have been possible without the amazing team at Pentlands, past and present. Their dedication, hard work, and commitment to delivering exceptional service has shaped the firm into what it is today. I’m incredibly proud of the culture we’ve built—one that values collaboration, innovation, and putting people first.
