Last month Isabella Moore, Director of Comtec Group and Elinor travelled to Budapest to present a masterclass in developing your exit strategy at the European Union of Associations of Translations Companies.
It’s never too early to think about a possible exit strategy, taking some time out of your business to build a robust succession and exit plan is very important.

The workshop was designed to help the translation company owners understand what they need to do to prepare their companies for sale or a merger with another company.
