Technical recruitment agency, Fuel Recruitment were recently interviewed by leading industry publication Recruitment International, to share the story of their business success over the last 12 years. The magazine spoke with the three directors and founding members Mark Esom, Steve Willmore and Murray West to find out why their business has thrived where so many others have failed.
A major factor was the desire to tackle the negative stereotypes often associated with recruitment agents, along with a focus on five core values; integrity and respect, humility, accountability and passion. The results speak for themselves – annual revenues are just shy of £30m and the current financial year has seen a 40% increase in overall turnover.
