On 1st February, Louise celebrated 25 years with Pentlands, a significant milestone in her career.
As Office Manager, Louise oversees administration and client care, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and maintaining high standards of service. Since joining in 2000, she has played a key role in supporting both the team and clients, helping to create an efficient and professional working environment.
Louise’s role involves managing the firm’s administrative functions, coordinating client communications, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. Her knowledge and experience have been invaluable in keeping processes streamlined and ensuring a positive experience for clients.
Reflecting on her time at Pentlands, Louise said: "Reaching 25 years is a significant milestone, and it has been great to be part of the team and see the business evolve over the years. I’ve enjoyed working with the team and clients and I appreciate the opportunities I’ve had along the way."
