There are several business awards that are available each year but not many specifically recognise and reward service excellence. These awards are a proud collaboration between Henrik Court Events Management Ltd, and Pentlands client, First Impressions Training Ltd.
They are presented annually to those individuals, companies and organisations that are viewed by the judging panel as exemplar in the provision of service excellence.
The Pentlands team attended the Midlands Service Excellence Awards presentation dinner last year and were very proud and delighted that Elinor was the first winner of the Midlands Service Excellence Awards, Ambassador of the Year. This year Elinor has been chosen to be on the judging panel.
This year’s award winners will be announced at a prestigious black-tie dinner awards event on Thursday, 19 March 2020 at Hogarths Hotel. The event will additionally give all businesses the opportunity to enhance their business profile and brand through association and sponsorship of different aspects of the evening.
The evening includes a drinks reception (at 6.45pm), 3-course dinner and after-dinner speaker with a fantastic opportunity to host clients/customers/your management team and staff and to network with other dinner guests.
Thirteen service excellence awards will be presented at the dinner. These awards will promote, recognise and celebrate the best in the Midlands region with category finalists and winners epitomising the exceptionally high standards set and achieved in the region.
