Pentlands are now set up as a partner on Xero software (for those who don’t know what it is, it is a cloud based bookkeeping software). This means that Xero is 100% reliant on an internet connection.
Xero is simple to use and reduces time spent on data input through bank feeds and importing bank statements.
One of our clients Lyn Bromley, Director of First Impressions Training Ltd has already started using Xero. Lyn said: “I am really pleased that I made the switch to Xero. It was so easy to learn with Andy’s guidance and very intuitive to use. The bank reconciliation is very quick and easy, enabling rules to be set up for regular payments, so they automatically match off which is a big time saver. The prices range from £9-£25 plus vat a month on a rolling basis, although there are hundreds of add-ons which can make the software even more intuitive from third parties which would incur an extra monthly charge.
