We have started using Xero which has transformed the way we keep our transactions up to date. There are 6 of us in the group and we spend a lot of time travelling all over the world. This generates a lot of small transactions, like buying coffees and meals. Each of us was spending a day or two a quarter processing expenses which is difficult to do when you are constantly flying from country to country. With Xero, it’s so straightforward. Using the App we can upload receipts, capture the information, and record transactions. It even accommodates multiple currencies which means we don’t have to convert before entering the information. It’s easy, instantaneous and has saved us an incredible amount of time.

Since working with Pentlands our accounts are prepared in good time. We really appreciated Pentlands responsiveness and timeliness. They are very clear with their communication. We have an annual expectation agreement, this includes dates for pre-year end and post-year end meetings, along with scheduled deadlines for key stages throughout the year. As a result, we have our accounts completed and signed off at least 6 months in advance of the filing deadline. It takes the pressure off us and enables us to the put our focus on the music, performing, and recording albums, knowing our accounts are in safe hands.
