“Our aim was to have more proactive control of our accounts so we could continue to grow. Our former accountants were very good from a technical point of view, but we felt we weren’t getting information quickly enough to remain agile and plan ahead successfully. I don’t like surprises or last minute information when it comes to the accounts and we were getting a few of them. The business was growing quickly so our challenge was to keep up with that growth. With business success comes greater overhead exposure, and bigger tax bills. So having the right information to hand was even more important.

I went into my first meeting with a lot of questions which I didn’t get the chance to ask because Elinor covered all the areas I wanted to discuss without prompting. She matched our objective of having transparency for future planning perfectly. And it’s worked brilliantly; we couldn’t be happier.
