As the business was rapidly growing it had become important for me to focus on the demands of developing the company, ‘working on it, rather than in it’.

Taz and I have worked very closely so I was able to gain an in-depth understanding of the finances and the reporting required to support the business growth. Jess also worked closely with our new bookkeeper to ensure the management accounts and statutory accounts requirements were aligned and up to date. It has helped us to streamline our processes, ensuring accurate information is recorded and enables us to produce everything in a timely manner.
