Success Train Ltd at their recent 10th Anniversary event. Success Train have been a Pentlands client since 2010.
Success Train celebrated its 10th anniversary at the Bodenham Arboretum in Worcestershire, with an entertaining evening in the Lakeside Room, where customers and suppliers from their 10 years of business were invited to be baffled by the skills of magicians
and to take part in a Gin tasting.
Directors Jackie and Roy Casey were present to give their thanks to their guests for their loyal support over the 10 years their business consultancy has been operating in the West Midlands.
Jackie is a work psychologist who provides assessments for teams, individuals and potential new recruits to ensure companies are performing effectively and with the right people for their business needs. She also provides business and executive coaching,
training and team development. She is currently the facilitator for the Institute of Directors’ Women As Leaders mastermind group and Deputy Chair of the Wolverhampton charity Access to Business.
Roy supports his customers by writing important documentation for them and in particular their pre-qualification questionnaires, tenders, and award entries so that they increase their workload and profile, as well as contracts and policies to safeguard customer
risk. He also provides training around management and delivery of projects. He is currently a director of the Midlands’ Built Environment Hub and a management board member of Constructing Excellence.
