Last month, the Pentlands team enjoyed cooking and eating their creations. If you have not made Katsu Curry before, the question is why not? So easy to do and great to get all the family involved. It was nice to have Anne Marie on hand virtually to talk us through the steps and chat to as we went along.
We all used the same recipe and followed Anne Marie’s instructions and yet they were all individual. That’s the beauty of cooking and getting creative…see accountants can have fun.
