Two IP Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys welcomes a new attorney on board

Pentlands client Two IP is growing and has recently welcomed an experienced trade mark attorney to the Two IP team.

After many years of providing patent advice, predominantly to clients in the telecoms, optical technologies and software sectors, Two IP founder Dr Anna Molony has recently welcomed Rachel Havard onboard as a Trade Mark attorney.

Rachel is a UK Chartered Trade Mark Attorney, with more than 25 years experience in private practice in the Midlands and in London. She assists clients with obtaining UK and EU trade-mark registrations, advises on trade mark infringement, and undertakes trade mark availability/freedom to use searches for products in a diverse range of industries, with particular expertise in pharmaceuticals. Rachel has advised clients in many sectors, including food and beverage, construction, fashion, and legal services. She also has relationships with overseas trademark attorneys she has worked with for decades, enabling her to support clients to obtain trade mark registrations and advice around the world.

Two IP believes passionately in two things: giving their clients and colleagues a better way of working; and finding the time and space for attorneys to think a little differently. It was this approach that attracted Rachel to join Two IP as it allows her to get to know her clients even better as well as being able to achieve a better work/life balance.

We asked Anna about Two IP, what it does and how it is different to traditional patent and trade mark firms, this is what she told us:

“We’d describe what we do as brilliant work! From a more technical perspective, we offer a full range of patent, trade mark and design drafting, filing and prosecution services alongside freedom-to-operate, enforcement and IP strategy advice.

We have used everything we’ve learned over the decades we have spent working in the profession to create a better, more productive working environment for our clients – a more collaborative relationship that allows you and your attorney all the time and space you need to find the very best way forward. And to find the very best way of protecting your innovations and brands.”

If you are in need of advice or help protecting your innovations or brands, you can contact the Two IP team by email on hello@two-ip.com or via their website at https://www.two-ip.com/contact/ to arrange an initial chat.
